YEAR-ROUND POLICY
There is always poop to pick up, and we continue to do so throughout the winter months. The cleaning will be skipped if snow hides what we’re looking for, and we’ll pick up where we left off on your next scheduled day. After the snow melts, there will be more waste to clean, so you will still have to pay for the week or weeks missed. As a result, your monthly bill will remain unchanged throughout the year. Apart from hidden snow-covered piles, we are also not out if the heat index exceeds 100° or in the case of thunderstorms especially those that admit lightning. Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, and Christmas Day are all observed under this same policy.
