FIND ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

How and when do I pay?

We bill monthly; on the 1st of every month, we’ll send a text (SMS) to your mobile phone on file. You can mail a check for payment, pay with a debit/credit card or Paypal on our website, Venmoor you can set up automatic bill pay for payment every 4 weeks through your bank, whatever’s most convenient for you.  Please note, that bills are auto-texted from a separate number, we suggest programming it into your phone under a separate contact to ensure you receive them.  That number is 402-545-6494. The inbox there is not monitored, so be sure to refer any questions or concerns to our main business phone number.

Is there an initial fee?

In short, the answer is typically not. However, there is an initial fee if the yard has an unusual amount of dog waste to clean up outside of what you would see in a typical week. This sometimes occurs when we have a new client in the spring with leftover dog waste from the winter months. The fee ranges based upon the number of dogs and dog waste is in the yard.

Do you do commercial residence?

We will do apartment complexes however an estimate would be required. If you have any additional commercial requests that are different please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

What if the job's not done to my satisfaction?

We strive to remove 100% of the dog waste every time but if more than a pile or two is missed please let us know and we’ll stop back out within a day to finish the job or your money back.

Does the size of my yard affect pricing?

No. What makes more of a difference is the amount of waste we pick up so we set your weekly rate based upon the number of dogs using your yard.

When will my yard be cleaned?

Your yard will be cleaned on the same day around the same time every week. In order to keep your weekly rate low, we like to fit you into our schedule according to what part of town you live in.

What if there is damage done to my property?

We’re fully insured with liability insurance so if we accidentally break something we can be held fully accountable.

What if it rains?

We’ll be there to clean your yard on your scheduled day rain or shine. If it’s pouring rain we may be delayed but will still try to make it the same day.

Do we work during the winter months?

Dogs poop year-round of course, and we work through the winter months. If it snows and hides what we’re looking for, that cleaning will be skipped and we’ll pick up where we left off on your next scheduled day. You will still be paying for the week or weeks skipped as there will be more waste to clean after the snow melts. This means that your monthly bill will remain the same as you enjoy our year-round Dog Waste Removal Service. In addition to hidden snow-covered piles, we observe the following holidays under the same policy Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July and Thanksgiving.

Can my dogs be outside while you're cleaning?

Yes as long as they’re not behaving aggressively are overbearing as we can do a better job and be more thorough cleaning a yard if we can concentrate.

Will my yard be cleaned on a holiday?

We observe the following holidays Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July and Thanksgiving. If your cleaning falls on a particular holiday we observe that cleaning will be skipped and we’ll pick up where we left off on your next scheduled day. You will still be paying for the week skipped as there will be more waste to clean on your next scheduled visit.

Will I be locked into a contract?
We don’t use contracts. We’re confident you’re going to love using our service and may cancel anytime as issues arise and life happens.
Will my neighbors know who is entering my yard?

All of our trucks are painted blue and fully branded with our company name and logo. Our employees also wear blue shirts with our name and logo to ensure your neighbors are aware of our presence at your home and who we are as well as what we do.

Is dog waste good for the environment?

No. Dog waste is dangerous, full of disease and bacteria (not plant-based manure), and doesn’t go away. It will stay formed through the elements waiting to be eradicated from your yard.
